Bad run on a really nice course. Started off pretty poorly hesatiting and pausing on th e first 3 controls. 4 was bad but 5-8 wasn't too bad. 9 was ******* horrible made a parrallel error and lost 4minutes. Was good almost to the finish where i ****** up 16 and lost another 3 mins. Suprised not to come in last let alone finish 6th.

1-Clean shoes
2-Find fault in dunedin map
3-Fall over on a paved track
4-Fall over on an unpaved track
5-Draw on controls
6-Redraw controls
7-Take questionable route choice
8-Get ridiculously wet

Running warm up/down 20:25 [2] 4.09 km (5:00 / km) +127m 4:19 / km
shoes: Inov-8 Xtalon

Run to event and back. Nice on the way there very wet on the way back.

Run from carrigton out north east valley and back. On way back I ran up Baldwin street which was quite hard. Picked up the pace on the way back did 4:10,4:50(with Baldwin up),4.37(down baldwin),4:05 and a 3:41.

Really bad run today. First control wasn't good went to far left on bearing and had to come down lost 30seconds. 2 was good then 3 was horrible. Took a longer route chice and got to my attack point fine then lost it. Took me 10mins to do the last 200m and ran over a km in that time looking for it, lost 8 mins. 4 and 5 wern't bad then 6 was even worse than 3. Thought one big gorge was the other and lost 14mins. Rest of the course was fine although motivation and therefore speed was a little down. Only thing that kept me going was the fact that I thought Selena was going to beat me. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/152601981
