Indoor Cycling 1:06:32 [4]
ahr:141 max:171

Plan: 60-90 Z2, 3x8 Z3+ ramping last minutes, 5 RBI
Physical: legs and lungs felt good. right hand still an issue. slight pressure on front knee, need to adjust seat higher. pulling up on those gym pedals is a pain.
Mental: still working on finding my RPE levels as I felt on my bike. I'm very close, just feels different. I like short and sweet workouts.

Indoor Cycling 1:30:00 [3]
ahr:148 max:173

Plan: 60-90 Z2, 3x8 Z3+ ramping last minutes, 5 RBI
Physical: felt so good to be cycling. Legs and lungs felt good. I sprained ligaments in my thumb a month ago. The discomfort gets worse as the ride progresses.
Mental: Short and sweet with an end in site and a feeling of accomplishment. A feeling, I presume, that may not happen when the workouts are RPE10! A little bit challenging to find my RPE levels as I knew them pretty well on my bike. Something to fine tune on a stationary. Happy for a good workout, fan, Monday football and Clint next to me. Didn't visualize on this workout, but when my head's down trying for an RPE 10, I'll be thinking about catching Cavendish!
