Route: Fremont-Locks-lower magnolia to myrtle edwards - fontleroy - vashon - maury - fremont
Physical: Legs felt super heavy all day. I started playing flag football on Thursdays, and my quads were sore. I also climbed on Friday, so my hands and forearms were really sore too.
Mental: felt great! rode the best I could with the legs I had and I had a great day! We also stopped quite a bit, it was a latte ride!

Physical: no pain, no heavy legs. Just felt good.
Mental: couldn't get passed how bumpy the burke is. Felt a wee bit slow.
