Physical: felt strong except legs felt weak at the start, but loosened once warmed up. When I asked my legs for power they responded. Lungs felt great. Upper body started feeling sore especially left arm towards the end.
Mental: I was hungry today. First time that I needed to eat every 30 mins. Felt calm all ride, except in a few spots where road becomes super bumpy. I get angry at it for some reason.
