SUCKED.....don't know what was up this evening but is was a real death march to get out and execute. Major struggle to do each interval. This was the first session like this, and I hope to not have many more.

Biked tonight, doing pennants for a stop at Barley Johns for Beer and Pizza on the way home. Apparently I’m slacking too much, spent most of the ride in zone 3….mostly wasted effort tonight. Must work harder next time. Road up to Willow River Park and down to the river and back.

Legs started working properly today, still pretty sore, but functional. Hit the road for another session of the C210K workout. Tonight however I was joined by Zach, hopping to keep the little buddy coming out with me. Reward for the effort, I get Korabi, Carrots, Celery and Humas kicked up with Cajun Power Garlic Sauce for dinner.

Trying to get the legs working properly again after the Mudman. I've not had this much post workout soreness in a very long time. I'm also surprised to find even though I took it very easy and didn't try to go fast, my average was only a few MPH slower than a much harder ride! If the difference from 11 to 13 is that great then averaging over 15 might not be in reach :(
