qual race. to A final with 10 sec margin.

Start was next to our previous flat, alley to first control is next to out old front door. Then on unfamiliar terrain to me, you don't visit neighbours backyards really that much even if you like there years.

A final. missed shortest stairs up after #3 and lost at least 10s there. I was really in the beginnig, heel problem made it I guess. Start wasn't arranged properly, optimal route to #1 was U turn back from start triangle flag, it was up to ones own impression what is visiting close enough flag. Not the correct way to arrange start for SM final really. I wonder how much earlier other guys turned around or did someone turn to to gate straight away. GPS track says I could have easily saved 10 sec by turning around a bit earlier and 15 sec by going straight to the gate...

Relay champs. Very heavy legs for some reason, I was very slog compared to people usually running same speed. big mistake did not help there either. Disappointing, I planned to do my best here and this was the outcome...
