Note

Lots of rest days after 24h ski to make sure recovery gets done. And already almost two moths with no running, other than few steps with ski boots on carrying skis to ski track. Meniscus recovery season. Knee(s) had no problem at 24h ski race. That was nice, skate skiing may cause some knee trouble and often I have had felt something strange in knees after longer ski sessions. So all good (except fitness of course).
