Note

I can walk normally, no knee pain or much any strange feelings in knee. I can ride up Paloheinä hill at HR 180 with my bicycle with no problem. I can walk stairs up, no problem. Today I tried walked stairs down, carefully but still somewhat normally, no pain. I already decided to get the knee operated, but delayed starting the process because doc went to Canada last week, but now I wonder is what is that smart move after all. I think I may be back jogging easily maybe in 3 weeks without operation, possible doing some easy O by Jukola. If operated the operation may happen in 2-3 weeks, so I might end up getting a reasonably good knee almost healed operated.

So, if I get it operated I may end up operating good knee it for nothing. But if I keep on cycling and try doing mid May some easy jogging and if it can't take it and end up getting it operated after all I may not be able to do any O during summer vacation. Hmm.
