Orienteering (sprint) 13:06 [5] 2.56 km (5:07 / km) +44m 4:42 / km

Sprint training, Lauttasaari. HS training course from last weekend, A course. Misse most of the best route choices, got confused once for new/moved fence and overshoot a boulder for not quite being used to the scale. Running was not that good either. Still some cold symptoms. Not that promising, glad weekend's sprint is not something I have been aiming for.

Orienteering warm up/down 35:00 [1]

Warmup and checking afterwards some of my misses and the moved fence.
