I picked old map and course from 90's and ran part of it. I think I'll do more running with old 90's and 80's maps. It is technically more challenging, makes better training than training with today's overmapped maps.
6 x 1 min "fast" in forest. Sort of running technique / knee strength training. Tomorrow video shooting race, Prismarastit. And then I must start doing some training, my current state is ridiculous.
