Knee was sore, pace was slow, paths and especially steep downhills were a bit difficult - jumping down on bad knee is out of the question. But knee liked it, it felt better after the run than before. Track logged with Nokia 5230 in O pant's back pocked.

Note

One hour easy hike - mapping with Topias, MInnaR. WE tested new some gps powered O mapping gear. Or actually MinnaR did the mapping, I just carreid Topias and GPS.
