No major mistakes, but a physically good day. Maybethe dry & dusty conditions made it, I don't know.

3000m on track. I hoped to be able to maintain 80 sec lap pace, but it was too much for me today. Legs still a bit tired, but most likely it was just a feeling and did not effect my time. Slightly dissapinting, but I have run worse times and I am now sure I'll be able to break 10 min barrier later this summer.

First 200m was too slow, 42 secs, then some ~80 sec laps, frist half of third km was difficult and slow and last lap 79 secs.

kms: 3:21, 3:20, 3:25

I think that translates to about 3550 cooper.
