Running warm up/down 20:00 [1]

Orienteering 46:02 [4] 6.8 km (6:46 / km)

Finnish Relay champs.
http://www.hiisirasti.fi/fin5/gadget/cgi-bin/reitt...

Second leg, went 13th to forest and game 6th back.
~15 sec mistakes a #1, #8 and second last.

I didn't take gps. I decided to get rid of all extra weight as I do in team/relay events. On my own it doesn't matter that much.

Note

I saw O track log recorded with Forerunner 310XT. Doesn't look good, looks like fore 305 wins hands down what it comes to track log quality.

Forest run (Head lamp run) 35:00 [1]

Head lamp test run. First loop with a lamp made by my fried. 2 x warm tint MCE. Yellow light, about same tint as halogen ore even more yellow. Second loop with my own Walle - 2 x P7.

HS girls had meeting at our place and Annika Björk was still there when I played with those lamps, I even introduce her to the Rabbit Rooster. She tried to look serious but she did not succeed wery well in that, especially when I shoed the MCE light. No wonder, it's basicly two leds with wires and just lots of tape :)

Running 24:00 [2] 5.33 km (4:30 / km)

hesburger loop

Note

I tweaked dot maps a bit, take a look and tel l what do you think. There is now two rings around each control and I calculate time used inside each ring (diameters 40m and 150m). The idea is get some hard numerical data how much time is used at control, how well you "spike" it and how well you leave it.
