hiking % jogging. 10 x malminkartnao hill. 5th was max running effort, rest just walking up.

I forgot my keys to office, Minna wasn't home, mobile phone's battery was dead, no charger around. i had to do some shoping and hang around quite a while before I get to home. And then it was too late to do much training.

Head lamp run. I recharged a battery for it, but picked an used one in a hurry. Not a bright choice. Last 20 minutes I had to stay on paths, and last minutes I tried to run in a moonlight, but it's not easy in such a heavy rain.
