Hiking 2:15:00 intensity: (1:45:00 @1) + (30:00 @2)

30% jogging, 70% walking. 10 x malminkartano hill etc. Achilles was just fine, no signs of yesterdays race. It's getting better I hope.

Running warm up/down 35:00 [1]

Orienteering race 38:00 [4]

Halikko relay, 2nd leg. Two annoying 40-60s mistakes. But astma wasn't as bad as it has been lately so I didn't spoil our race.

Halikko was quite a succes for us, racing top 10 most of the time among strong teams. 9th at finish. But mr Murphy keeps kicking us, result is DSQ again.

One of club's old LCD emit cards were found dead two months ago. No harm at that time, clear unit just didn't see it so they used an other one. But by mistake it was put to the same box with other working ones and takennow to Halikko. And our last leg runner who doest'h have own card picked that one. Even more, it worked at clear and read-in, but not after that so it was never noticed. And paper back up wasn't secured with tape and paper dropped to forest (he said it was first time for him, usually it stays for him).

Note

I am following Terkelsen here, now weight goal. I'll try to get it all the way down to 1.08 G before the end of this year. I have 54 mG to go, it doesn't sound much but it can be harder than it sounds.

I guess all readers here know the value of G?

Orienteering race (Night) 45:00 [4]

Yökuppi, mass start. Usual achilles pain, but could run anyway. Asthma seems to be alive and kicking, I had to walk all uphills and everything was as slow motion. I thinkt that's why I was so slow at 25manna and previous yökuppi too. The good thing is my speed will get better when it goes away and it's not just bad fitness, but the bad thing is it's questionable will it go away and when - likely not before seasons last race, Halikko relay next saturday.

Tuxi hurt his back right after #5

I used high mode for the race and turbo for 5 min warm down. Lamp didn't get hot, maybe I should start using turbo more. I used BT gps instead of phones' internal gps this time. maybe it wouldn't be bad idea to try double tracking, trun both internal and external gps on. So you could see 2 Jagge dots on screen racing agains each other. Is this getting out of hands (or did it already happen some months/years ago)?
