Training race, 5.3 km. I didn't do much warm up, legs were stiff and calves felt like hell, so first km or two was more or less warming up. I tried to pick up pace after second control, but I had to take carefuly slippery and rocky downhills and couldn't run too fast flats or uphills either (not fit). So I had plenty of time to read map and didn't do any mistakes. Results:

Mass start training race. First half pretty easily, second half together with a group of some juniors, i got lucky in the and and got short forking and got a way, I think I ended up being fastest on ths 5+ km course (all big guns took 7, 5 course).
About 50-60 runners. Half of our group (60?) stayed at hotel and watched live tracking with data projector. They said it was fun, lots of big mistakes, Johan ran out of the map (10 min error) for example. I was not tracked, Topi took my phone, I did it with the old fashioned way ;) with Forerunner.
Swollen ankle and calf too got even bigger and I also had some strange feelings in my leg, finally anded up seeing a doctor yesterday, she thoght it is not 100% sure there is no thrombosis venae, likely not she said, but took some test and just in case gave me some shots. Today doctor checked it again and now they were sure it was just nothing. My foot just felt like beeing big for a while.
Home sweet home. Ankle got again swollen during the flight, and more during work day. It's not injured, it's just swollen for no reason (I didn't move much during the flight). I must start doing some walking/excersice during flights from mow on. The same ankle got swollen already when I drove back from Granada, so I guess I also stepped more agressively on gas pedal.
