Began to feel dizzy after 25min, so I turned around, walked 10 mins and jogged home. Thought I might be getting sick, but after eating plenty of candy, cookies and buns I felt just fine.

eGames 7km kuntosuunnistus at kuntosuunnistus pace. ndobbs passed me at halfway, I tried to follow for a while but that intensity felt too high for a medium intensity training. Not sure would I been able to follow even if I tried, legs were quite heavy and air very thin today.
