Note
(injured) (rest day)

Back got worse over night. To get socks on I had to lay on the floor in a funny way. It got a bit better in the evening. Saw two Santas, one of the was Attackpointer.

Note

Back did not like the 3h drive much. But I can put socks on, so it could be worse.

Pullautin warmup + chase intervals + pullautin warmdown with ndobbs.

Pullautin sections were fine, but navigation intervals was rusty. Too often lost contact, had no plan or did not have clear idea what dirction I should run to. One big mistake and the embarassing waiting at the end of last interval at wrong location. Ooops! If I haven't had map contact for over a minute how could I suddenly just think "this is it"... Unfortunately Neil isn't 100% healty (or was just polite) and didn't kick my ass in intervals the way I should have deserved.

(Ski-O word Cup) "The middle distance results has been invalidated due to emiTag misfunctions."

Apparently card has flashed but nothing registered. And there is no back up. I have told for long using emitTag as main punch system is asking for trouble. It's like SI - one need to wait for flash, no back up, no ways to proof there was signal, ets - but just less mature. Well deserved failure, they sort of got what they were after.
