Halikko-relay. Heel did hurt but it was tolerable and no extra damage done. Fitness was/is terrible. Almost one minute mistake at #1. The rest of the team did a good job, we ended up 13th. Not bad.

testing heel. it did hurt a little, but I could go on. Now next morning it again hurts when I walk. But maybe I can survive Halikko if this gets better again by tomorrow (?).

iltarastit, 1.5 km course. With Topias while MInnaR was skiing indoors. We saw Ruhis during our cookies & raisins eating break right after #1.We did well, results:

Heel still hurts a little bit when I walk. Will I be able to run Halikko relay? I think I will, but should I try running once before Halikko or just rest all the way?

Iltarastit. right heel started to hurt at halfway and later it took also a hit so I had to walk and jog last part of the course. Too much mapping lately or what?
