Emit puching for dummies. Like me.

I keep emit card in my left had. I am right handed and like to keep both map and compass n my better hand.



So, lets rotate puch puch unit 90 degrees and see how I actully punch.

First the easy case:


90 degrees, basicly same thing:


Then 180 degrees. I twist the card with my thumb and middle (or fore) finger like this:


Then place it in, slam:


then 270 degrees. I twist the card the same way with thumb and middle finger:


And press it in:


I don't think I ever have to twist my wrist in any strange ways.

Knee did not heal fast enough, so I will skip all Fin5 days. And most likely 43kavlen too. It looks like this will still take several weeks or months. I will not run any Finnish champs either, easy choice, fitness will be gone and someone will have to look after Topo. So I may not run more indiv races this summer, just 25 manna/halikko (if fat me is needed and knee heals soon enough).

I take break in logging now - there is nothing to log and logging rest days motivates no one.

Note

Weight two kilos more than three weeks ago. By August it will be four for sure. I hope I can keep it under 6 kilos by 25manna, just in case my knee will heal by then and I am needed there. It would also not be so fun to beging 2011 training season at 80 kg.

FIN5. three days left, knee is better but far from ok, I can slowly walk and do easy biking, but thats about all. I guess if it keeps on recovering I may try jogging easily first race (middle) and see how if feels and decided then what will I do with the rest of the week.
