5 x 1000m. 3:45, 3:18, 3:20, DNF, DNS. Left calf did not like it. Next couple of days will tell is it 7 weeks again.

Watching korttelikuppi gps tracking with Topo, who fell asleep when runners were on their way to #2. watching street o gps tracking must be boring.

we had a little misuderstandig with the finish location so I tweaked the end of the course a bit.

#1 trough railway tunnel, just because ir was possible. I had to slow down undergourn, train stopped and people wen in and out.
#2 confused, unmapped walkways, difficult to read b/w map printed on A4 size. Not so readable scale.
#3 around to avoid runing on skiing track.
#4 same as #3. One dead end, running on deeps snow wasn't "allowed".
#5 right in the beginnig to awoind skiing tracks, then planend to run a big raod straight to control but my big road was actually river. Difficult to see difference if you have black/white map. confused and lost, no idea where I was, no compass no sense of direction. then I saw bright lights in distance and gueses that must be the sports facility by the control. decided to take the way behind ice skating area but that was skiing track so i ended going furher around. Plus one dead end visit to make sure it really is skiing track...
#6 map by the big shopping center was again unreadable, but lucily I knew the place so no problem here.
#7 loose dog was chasing me on the way to 7 and dog owner was chasing the dog. I waited a while at control, he managed to grab the dog. Then short cut to finish. loop #8-9 was too much for my stomach. And left calf.

The easiest way to log trainings to AP: experimental "AP App" for Nokia s60 phones (S60 2nd Edition FP 2 onwards). may work on s60 samsungs too, don't know for sure:

1) install pythonfors60 from here

2) install this one:
http://www.routegadget.net/RGTracker_unsigned.sis

3) reboot and run it the app. When started first time it asks ad saves AP login and password to memory card root (e:\). if you like to use bluetooth gps instead of internal one, pair with it first. End rememmer to enable positioning method you plan to use from phone's settings.

If you have sessiondata beta privileges your route will be posted and shoen on AP. if not, only time and distance shows up.

Notes:

- if you can't isntall RGTracker_unsigned.sis you may have to self sign it first here: https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page/public/open...

- data inclusin your login and password goes trough mu server routegadget.net. I dont save your password or anything, I just did it that way because it easier to pre process data, log to Ap, handle AP cookies etc on server than on phone. if youare not happy with it, just don't use it!

- if you need to re type your login/password just delete routegadget.txt from the memory cad root (E:\routegadget.txt)

- your sessions will be saved as gpx in meory cad root. so you can use this app as gps logger without posting data anywhere.

First easily, then 3 at cruising speed, last slightly harder. We run in turns with MinnaR. Recovery was about 4 min playing with Topo. Best way to use recovery time ever!

Easy flu recovery skiing. Worst gps track ever. Gps battery was low (red led was on) and -12C, I think the device went to power save mode resulting super poor accuracy.

You turn it on, select gps, do the workaout and then post workout to AP including AP's coming gps track / session data feature. Note how good I am at writing with left hand thumb & camera at right hand.

Looks like my cell phone gps logger / live tracker app can now post workout directly to AP. I'll be able to log my trainings on the fly before my HR goes down:) But its not ready yet, I'll have to make activity type selectable and pre process gps session data. EDIT: Done.

First real life test begins in 1 hour, about 17 Finnish time.
