couch was back just in time. Slept poorly the night before the race. Steam inhaling 3AM and ventoline saved me from DNS. Even it it felt really bad I guess I got most out of my current shape, better airways might just made me start faster and end slower.

Pretty fast conditions, video loop was sub 3 min/km with untreated skis while trying to keep camera stable and not breath overly heavily. None of those happen often..
