Usually my both feet always touch ground in pictures of me running, so I don't look that fast at all. Hirppa the photo wizard solved this problem by leaving the ground and feet out. Looks much better.

SM-yö (Finnish night champs). 9th. Still struggling with the asthma problems. I think those cold symptoms I have had may be simply allergy, and this asthma is the very same kind of thing I have every sprint during birch pollen season. So instead of thinking this is virus and will just go away I'll from now on I'll treat this as allergy, hopefully result is better.

Cold symptoms I had couple of weeks ago most have done some damage to my lungs. In sprint I could run some minutes from the start but then asthma kicked in and made me struggle. In relay asthma symptoms were worse - as they usually are day after a race - but not pushing them to the very edge,tricky terrain and avoiding major mistake apparently was enough to keep out position. But I was minutes more behind compared to the difference it was to same guys just some weeks ago.

headlamp run. Legs felt fresh.... apparenly lungns are in such a bad state those three race stars this weekend is not much of a load at all for the rest of the body.

Sprint training, Lauttasaari. HS training course from last weekend, A course. Misse most of the best route choices, got confused once for new/moved fence and overshoot a boulder for not quite being used to the scale. Running was not that good either. Still some cold symptoms. Not that promising, glad weekend's sprint is not something I have been aiming for.

last night I made entry to SM sprint. I suck in sprint, I think. Because I haven't run sprints at all. Except FIN5 day 4 this summer. So, if one has one week time to prepare, what a novice should do? Get used to the 1:3000 sale and learn map symbols?

Dropped car to 30k (first) service. Checked oil level before leaving it. The oil dipstick still got intact with something dark and partially fluid or at least not entirely firm. Does that mean service comes too early?
