newlands corner to box hill on north downs, race next week, should be able to knock off a few minutes without the pack next week, apparently 11 minutes behind the course record (which...i assume wasn't carrying a novel, change of clothes, 2 ltiers of water, a snickers, a compass, cell phone, i.e....all my AR Gear.)
