swimming 1:00:00 [3] 0.8 km (1:15:00 / km)

Wow, I really really suck at swimming I found out. I also can't determine where people are when I don't have contacts in....makes for a fun time at the lido. Actually was reall fun, first time I'd swam in a year

orienteering 45:00 [3] 5.0 km (9:00 / km)

Oh i haven't a clue how far we went. We all got stuck looking for a lost control for a good long while. Was a lot more fun than other races lately though! I don't think any of us finished offically, but oh well.I enjoyed tesco canned mixed drinks on the way home. a good way to end an event.

running (normal around neighborhoo) 20:25 [3] 3.16 mi (6:28 / mi) +30m 6:17 / mi

Just the normal 5kish run, but early in the morning, so my legs were wicked tired. wanted to quit by the first railroad crossing!

climbing 1:30:00 [3]

A lot of good climbing today. Actually finally getting better, but as my friend there said, it was all "hot and bothered" things not to say at an american climbing wall.

biking (biking home ) 35:00 [3] 7.0 mi (5:00 / mi)

little bike ride from the ghetto back home. Explored a bit of the nice areas of hampstead for fun. Lots of hills around there to try to run later

climbing (bouldering fairlop) 45:00 [3]

decent session. Got a little smoother at doing the overhangs, but not nearly as good as the random spanish guy who showed up and did the hardest bits for a freaking warmup.
