Around LIF and down embankment to westminster and back. Fun run with the riots clearning the streets, barely had any people out or traffic! London in riots is the best for running.

Up the heath from my place, up parliment hill...it was a nice pouring rain the whole time so a little bit slower on the paved parts...a bit slippery. good run, a bit tired in the begining, probably from spending my night between writing and watching dr. who.

Oh i haven't a clue how far we went. We all got stuck looking for a lost control for a good long while. Was a lot more fun than other races lately though! I don't think any of us finished offically, but oh well.I enjoyed tesco canned mixed drinks on the way home. a good way to end an event.

Just the normal 5kish run, but early in the morning, so my legs were wicked tired. wanted to quit by the first railroad crossing!

A lot of good climbing today. Actually finally getting better, but as my friend there said, it was all "hot and bothered" things not to say at an american climbing wall.
