little bike ride from the ghetto back home. Explored a bit of the nice areas of hampstead for fun. Lots of hills around there to try to run later

decent session. Got a little smoother at doing the overhangs, but not nearly as good as the random spanish guy who showed up and did the hardest bits for a freaking warmup.

Started after finchley road, I just hate waiting there for trafffic only a half mile into the run. Up cannon hill to reddington and around the park on west heath to hampstead way, up and around ingram to spainards and then some random way down the hill. Made it up the second hill pretty well this time, usually want to die at the top

Jaynes birthday run. Which Jayne didn't run. Go figure. It was clocked by her at 7.5 miles, me at 7, so I split the difference. ran a pretty easy pace as it was all by navigation, so fast for AR slow for an actual run.
