deep woods -> lake loop -> teal marsh loop again. 22 seconds faster than yesterday. Probably could have done even faster, but did it directly after going mountain biking at a pretty good clip

bear creek lake. probably around 4 miles. boy do I miss my bike here. 16.5" frame is so much easier to do tight single track than the piece of shit i have in london
