mountain biking at swinley with the lab. Had a lot of fun, they were a lot bettr than i figured. I was in the lead on an old abandoned trail, and there was a really big log hidden under the leaves...which i took at full bore, went straight over the handlebars, and landed on the shoulder/head. Nicely sore and cut. Did no problems after that, but the shoulder sure hurts today (next day),.

still haven't broken out the running tights. lord I hate those things. Thankfully, only the british think it's cold enough for tights when it's 30 out.
