Did the Green Course at Pawtuckaway ...goofed up No. 3 ..ran around the wrong pond ...no easy way to fix...by the time I could back on track I was shot.....legs dead and very tired ….just walked and finished ….yuk ...just a bad day ...

Hot Humid 20k race in New Haven ….it kicked my butt ….had to walk some of the last 2 miles …..legs felt like they were 50 lbs .. each ….had trouble getting air in ...everyone was having a tough time today....just beat and the knee blow up after the race ..not a great day ...lost 4 .bs of water wt...did better then I thought...…..375 / 547 1st AG …..
