Ran the Brown X at French Creek......legs ok for most of the run....heel was not happy in some of the rocky ground.....messed up No. 4 big time ....had a good plan and was right on line heading to the trail aimed off to the right and was then going to turn left and hit the bend in trail and head in .....as I was heading down the last hill saw some folks off the side and thought they had it figured out so off I go to ck it out ....BAD BAD BAD.....after a lot of lost time relo back to trail and back on my plan ....and sure as hell bang no issue.....now mad and went to high to 5 and then went to far left to 6.... again thinking other folks were right and I was wrong.....BAD BAD BAD ....the rest was ok and no issues ..... one of these days I will learn to trust myself !!! then off to a shower and some fun at the wine shop.....and then early to bed.....

Heel hurt all day yesterday ....and was real sore this Morn. .....wanted get some miles in .....after a mile sore but run-able ....though I would try to do 4 miles and at the turn to head out west.....rethought it and figured that an extra mile won't help me and may make things worst.....got home heel sore but not as bad as yesterday.....seems every time I start to feel good and I hit a set back.....HELL !!!

legs good today ....so thought I would push them a little ...ran the hills of Greenbrier and Treat.....had not done them since June......left heel not happy from the start ...and real unhappy when I went up Greenbrier....better going up Treat.....a little sore the last mile.....hams tired and sore (just out of shape.) ....went to the store and when I got the heel was real sore and tight....hope it will be better in Morn. and not a set back ....I have lost enough time this yr. ....

Cool /wet out.....ran ovet E. Park....and ran the trails there.....legs felt good....took easy on some parts of the trails as footing was slick and could not see what was under foot in spots....

Legs tired and sore (not from inj. but yesterdays workout) So went on an easy run.....did the Narrow Lane loop..... butt was real sore from all those little hills at A.N.C...... so that tells me that I had better get back to running a few hills again.....have not wanted to do any because of knee and hammy

Ran the green course at Ansonia N.C. ....legs felt real good today.....nice day out in the woods.....this was the best day of running in the woods since June.....Nav. fair but I did over run No. 2 didn't pace count from rocky reent. and pass the control to high should have gone down one line... but thought I would see it from up high.....started slow but was able to pick the pace the second half of the course..... this was a good day...

legs felt so good I wanted to get some more work....so went out and ran the Brown course.....just jogged it.....legs were tired but still felt good.....went a new way to No.1 which was the same as green....I did it right on the green c. .....then 2 ok and off to 3 ....brain went to sleep and off I went and spiked No. 4 ??? Big Dope.....back to 3 and then a clean run the rest of the way.....legs came through great and now to see how they feel in the Morn. ....It was so good to be able to run through the woods again ...its been a long time.....now to see if I can improve my Nav. skill ....
