Ran the green course at Ansonia N.C. ....legs felt real good today.....nice day out in the woods.....this was the best day of running in the woods since June.....Nav. fair but I did over run No. 2 didn't pace count from rocky reent. and pass the control to high should have gone down one line... but thought I would see it from up high.....started slow but was able to pick the pace the second half of the course..... this was a good day...

legs felt so good I wanted to get some more went out and ran the Brown course.....just jogged it.....legs were tired but still felt good.....went a new way to No.1 which was the same as green....I did it right on the green c. .....then 2 ok and off to 3 ....brain went to sleep and off I went and spiked No. 4 ??? Big Dope.....back to 3 and then a clean run the rest of the way.....legs came through great and now to see how they feel in the Morn. ....It was so good to be able to run through the woods again ...its been a long to see if I can improve my Nav. skill ....

Ran with the MRR.....nice day out ...a little cool along the water....ran down to Walnut B. and back.....leg ok....left hammy not happy the last few miles......But this was the longest run since June and the most miles ..... hope legs will be ok in morn. and this is the start of being able to train harder....

legs felt ok....wanted to do something went over to Race Brook and ran the out loop trail and then wanted to see where the little trail alone the middle brook went....nice trail winding around the woods....legs a little sore by the time I got back to the car....nice day in the woods..

took Wed. off to play Golf at Blue Fox Run.....legs felt good so thought I would push the work out a little....did the Orange Center loops...this is the first time I went over 5 miles since June.....hammy, Lt knee and heel got tight the last few miles ....could feel them but not sore or painful.....legs tired the last mile....some light rain.... but real warm out.....legs ok after run ...heel a little sore....but not to bad.....we will see what happens in the Morn. bought a new pair of running shoes....

Played Golf today....good rd. but it was cool in the morn. ....went for a bike ride to get some work in ....boy does it get dark fast now....Rt Hammy a little tight and sore today ...not bad but it was there.....may have been from the race Sun. and me running faster then I have been doing all summer....
