Played Golf....just a super day out.....then came home and went for a bike ride in Orange.....legs felt good.....hope the bad times are in the past....

Ran Brown x......knees real good again.....small goof on # 1 went to high to the west ....and over ran the # 8 thought the creek would have been deeper .....the rest was ok ....could have done better with the routes.... but I was very happy with the run.....knee were no issue ...just not in great shape....but this whole weekend was a great step forward.....

after my race wanted to get some more work in .....so I ran the Orange Rec. course.....it went well no issues .....but my compass broke and I fell and stung my rt. knee ..... but after a few yds of walking felt ok.....a little sore after the run....but I got some good work in.....It was great to be out in the woods and to be able to run again .....you miss all this when you are not able to run around .....So all in all it was a great weekend.....now to try and get back in shape....

Ran the Brown x ......knees felt real good ....no issue ....good run with just one big goof ....set the comp. for No. 7 and not 3.....the rest of the run was great......so it was a good day in the woods.....knees happy after the run ...so it was great to be able to run again now just have to get back in shape.....

Went out and did the Trail O that was set up.....Peter G. gave me the general info. on what to do.....went out got a few right..... this was fun and I will try to do it again when I go to Pa. ....it might help me see things in the woods better....
