Swimming 50:00 [3]

One last swim with Paul in Sauble Beach. Another wavy one after a calm one yesterday. Lake swimming is much more fun with company that pushes you. I started to feel a little sea sick towards the end, which is a new experience for me.

Hiking 2:00:00 [1]

Finished! We ended with a trip to Wiarton Willie. Laura and I took turns hiking and by luck I ended up with the two easy days.

Swimming 45:00 [2]

Hiked 7ish hours today with my mom and my family north of Owen Sound. Mom is completing the remainder of the Sydenham section, which is the only remaining section of the Bruce Trail that she and my father had left to hike. It is very nice to be here with her. It is going to be a very challenging week for her.

Swam with my brother afterwards in Lake Huron. Fantastic waves out there. Very different than stormy weather swims in Lake O in Burlington. The swells and waves were quite big, but not as choppy, if that makes any sense. Quite an exciting swim, especially when we turned around and swam with the current. I cannot keep up with my 'out of shape' baby brother.
