Congested today and feeling lousy. Hopefully better tomorrow. I was hoping to do some running this weekend, but I need the rest. The swim was very relaxed. My shoulders are a little sore from yesterday.

shoes: wetsuit

Swam the LOST race course in Oakville with a handful of others. I was about 63 minutes with a wetsuit and good conditions in the lake. I will be happy if I can hit 1 hour at the race without a wetsuit but I will need to improve some more to achieve that. We started quite early and ended at the navy pier before the usual LOST workout. I took a break and went back out for another 20 minutes without the wetsuit.
