A very relaxed morning swim in Lake O with the wetsuit. I'm not a fan of the wetsuit but it is a small price to pay to be in the lake for this long.

Not my finest hour. Not prepared and over ambitious. Felt good at the beginning, and definitely took the first 5-6 km too fast. Pulled my left hamstring on a downhill around the midpoint. Km 10-12 were painful, but it improved a little. I need to learn to run downhills better. I barely improved on our training run of the route several weeks ago. Still a fun day out.
