Longer than I planned. Ran from home out to the RBG and then to Borer's Falls. I did some o'ing there, which was quite humbling. I am VERY rusty. Got lost more than once, and spent way more time there than intended. I should have expected this. I can't remember the last time I did any nav. I walked the big hill on the Bruce Side trail out of grindstone. I don't think I've ever walked that hill, but I was drained by then. I feel out of shape, but also my breakfast was a small glass of water. I might have done better with more water and some food. I met up with the family in Kerncliffe, but I was 40 minutes late.
