Sick for most of the weekend. Not severe, but I didn't feel like doing anything.

Left calf was quite sore. I think I pulled it Thursday evening when my bike slide out.

I ran moderately hard through the ravines where the wet snow gave good traction, but I was rather slow on the slick roads and sidewalks. I added a quick loop at the Don Brick Works. Route

Slight pain under my right knee cap. To be cautious I iced afterwards.

Icy return trip. I wiped out in the alleyway behind the apartment, but no harm done.

The tension knob was messed up on the spin bike. It really only had two settings: too easy and too hard. My right knee felt a little weird after the sprints, and I blame the spinning bike.

Commute and a quick ride out to the Giovanni Caboto Outdoor Rink. I got in 15 minutes of skating before they closed the rink for the evening.
