waking up all 50 controls, Tony set a course leaving the junior controls till the end, steady pace, fell over a couple of times, beech twig poked the left contact lens out of position early on so had to rely on the right and the magnifier

felt a bit knackered and phlegmy yesterday but well enough for a long one today, good form throughout, over a minute faster than last outing, sun broke through the clouds too

(this goes to door to door now instead of starting at the cycle path)
an easy plod just to get out there again thought about cutting out the ascent but managed well enough in the end
