most of the first 2km spent shielding eyes from flies, clouds of them, struggled a bit up to Longstone, extra loop to visit more bluebells, felt right achilles/lower calf for first half

Bentley was looking resplendent today, acres of bluebells, running through them felt kind of naughty, generally very runnable, maybe too fast, knackered after 40mins (less than 6km), couple of annoying little misses (little miss tiny knoll and little miss hidden behind a holly bush)

6th, 18mins behind RR and <8m behind Alastair L
