great fun, very fast and not too difficult, pushed hard at the end, but had let the speed drop slightly too much after the start

Whitworth Park, Norwegian Map Memory
first out on the course and didn't see #2 in the deep undergrowth, went to another control in the same area on the same kind of feature and proceeded to run the middle section of the course, not checking numbers because I knew I'd found the right place ... jogged around to look for where I'd gone wrong, then abandoned and started again

nailed it this time, though it wasn't a navigational challenge as I know the park, just made a fast run more interesting

Longshaw, Oxhay Wood, Higger Tor, Burbage Bridge
lovely, felt slightly rough in places, quite fast along the ridge on the way back led out by Paul and then Andy M
