easy run to the start, which became faster when I realised I'd forgotten my CD holder and had to go back

JK Middle distance, Old Windmill Hill
tough conditions for everyone, 23° and a lot climb in the second half of the race, blew it when fatigue encouraged me to choose an indirect route to avoid climb when there was in fact very little to avoid, also executed poorly (2mins), v slow into next control taking wrong route out of rhoddies and not making sense of veg in circle (1min)
