I did Indoor Games (QueenBall) then Fitness (Mostly Core and Aerobics)
Grazed by knees on the floor from sliding around trying to get the ball although our team was useless and we only won 1 game when joined with another to make like a 20-20 aside game.
Fitness was good although probably better last week, so funny though :L
