Tried yet another Instructor this morning and she was great! Background in kinesiology and a personal trainer. She explained simple things with a lot more detail than I've ever heard them explained and I felt like I got a lot more out of the postures. Just 1 week left on my unlimited pass so I'll have a chance to try a couple more Instructors.

Back out with the RALF'ers again. Tonight's workout included warmup to Woodroffe, side-hill laps, mapped control legs with route choice of wet, soggy, or ankle-deep, then 6x track (all evenly paced for me). Happy to be back into this routine and to run with everyone again. Really needing new shoes, should be arriving this week.
