Very sore hip from slipping back on ski yesterday so went for a very short, slow run before stretching.

Feeling like I got off easy with my usual springtime cold. Long nap yesterday and now feeling almost 100% again.

Found a new yoga studio. Only about a 10min run from home but this morning I drove. Practicing yoga en français now!
