Orienteering race 2:17:00 [4]

The race was actually going pretty well (except going the wrong way out of 9) right up until the last 3 controls. Then I let myself just fall apart. A good 10 min wasted on 23 and 24. Just standing around wondering where I was. Little disappointed in that after doing so well prior to those 2 controls.

Not the best race out there. The map was very technical so I never felt like I was going as fast I should have been. Some bobbles along the way.

1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 with 1 min inbetween.

Rest of the time out with Bender. Includes warm up, stairs, cool down and time inbetween intervals.
