Note

first appointment with the physical therapist here at UCSB (her name is Liz). went great. Liz confirmed all my suspicions about the way that my life-long problems with my spine (lack of natural curve in the thoracic spine and some scoliosis) have recently brought about an imbalance between the right side of my body (which is currently weak and poorly aligned) and the left side of my body (which is currently tight and much stronger than the right side). Liz gave me specific exercises to strengthen my right side, to stretch my left side and to relieve and prevent pain and inflammation in my right wrist.
