Note

took a mental detour while converting things on The Google - if you're running a 5 minute mile, you're moving as fast as you would be after a 10 foot fall

welp,. back to work

Note

Final version of the Billygoat. Starring Wyatt and a couple more new tracks. Hardest part? Finding 16 colors that read well. Also figured out how to force you to watch in HD, so there.

Note

no lyme disease, and my knees aren't grinding my cartilage into bits like a woodchipper. hopefully just tendonitis. dramatically less dramatic than alex's lockjaw. 3x big boy 800mg ibuprofen for the next 5 days, with rest for the next two weeks. flushing the rest of the delicious spring skiing and next next week's champs down the turlet. bah.

Climbing (Gym) 1:30:00 [3]

solid bouldering and killed it on the slackline. the V4 i did is overrated, but i'm counting it. got a pile of threes and cleaned up the execution on a bunch of climbs. the gym could use some new routes. seven consecutive laps on the slackline is a new record, by two or three laps.

Note

alex's fresh batch of lyme disease is making me wonder if my knees hurt from lyme arthritis. i'm pretty obsessive about checking for ticks though. no fever either, but i did have a random rash. i think that's better than an old fashioned case of shitty knees?

andy's rorange course. real fun, dense orienteering. lots of code checking. would've had the W if it wasn't for that pesky dancho. mostly due to all the heavy hitters being at west point. felt sluggish, no pep. i think 3 might've been a scootch off, kinda showed up a little earlier than I expected. knees aren't happy, the smart thing is to not sign up for champs. bah

slow through the fight to 3
good aim to 6 but lost the plot 10m out
bad route choice through thick crap near the end of 10
crap to 12, dragging ass up hill
not paying attention on 14
went to the wrong side of the feature on 15
