Note

alex's fresh batch of lyme disease is making me wonder if my knees hurt from lyme arthritis. i'm pretty obsessive about checking for ticks though. no fever either, but i did have a random rash. i think that's better than an old fashioned case of shitty knees?

andy's rorange course. real fun, dense orienteering. lots of code checking. would've had the W if it wasn't for that pesky dancho. mostly due to all the heavy hitters being at west point. felt sluggish, no pep. i think 3 might've been a scootch off, kinda showed up a little earlier than I expected. knees aren't happy, the smart thing is to not sign up for champs. bah

slow through the fight to 3
good aim to 6 but lost the plot 10m out
bad route choice through thick crap near the end of 10
crap to 12, dragging ass up hill
not paying attention on 14
went to the wrong side of the feature on 15

Climbing (Gym) 2:00:00 [3]

good bouldering, felt strong, clean. got a V4, looks like i'm getting onto a once-every-two-months schedule for those now. mediocre slacklining. talked to a guy with a ragnar relay shirt about that and reach the beach. that plus the splendid weather leaves me missing running. knee feels okay, but i'm not interested in pushing it.

Note

fixed up the billygoat animation - better georeferencing, cleaned up some gps errors, and tweaked some visual stuff. the tails are 10 minutes long. it has enough of the pixels to be 720p, so fullscreen it and do that.
