Note

Found an f-ing deer tick on my rib. 3mm diameter, probably from Sunday.
Dime-sized red blotch. Took 200mg doxycycline prophylactically.

Ran the big guy around the Arnprior Old Growth- amazing! He was getting pretty bored watching the sprints and relay.

NAOC long.- GPS only recorded part.
More my style today- longer legs with fast runnable trail and less technical nav.
I still finished in the bottom third, made some errors but at least knew where I was all the time so a lot less frustrating than yesterday.
I was less than double Champion Hammer's time, so proportionally better I guess.

Finish time was 1:19. Oh well...

NAOC middle distance. Ugh. Wasn't dead last at least.
